Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how a user of the TimeIon Staff mobile app (developed by Roftr Clouds LLP) can request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it.
How accounts work
TimeIon is a workforce attendance and payroll service used by organizations. Staff accounts are created and managed by the employee's own employer (the organization that subscribes to TimeIon). Because attendance and payroll records belong to the employer, account deletion is handled as a verified request.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your TimeIon Staff account and associated personal data, use either option below:
- Contact your employer's HR / admin, who manages your TimeIon workspace and can remove your account, or
- Email support@roftr.com (or call +91 97904 03333) with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your full name, your employer / organization name, and your registered mobile number so we can verify the request.
What data is deleted
- Your profile information (name, mobile number, email, designation, department)
- Your login credentials (PIN and authentication tokens)
- Your device location data (GPS / background location pings) collected for live tracking
What data may be retained
Certain attendance and payroll records may be retained by your employer for as long as required by applicable labour, tax and statutory laws, even after your account is deleted. Such records are held within your employer's account and are removed once the legal retention period ends. Personal data that is not required for legal compliance is deleted as described above.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. We will confirm by email once your account and associated personal data have been deleted.
