By accessing or using Timeion, you agree to the following terms:

Service Usage

• Timeion is provided for organizational attendance and payroll management only.
• The employer is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system.
• Unauthorized access, misuse, or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

Subscription Model

• Timeion operates on a fixed annual subscription per employee.
• Subscriptions are billed yearly and are linked to the organization, not individual employees.
• Replacing or removing an employee does not change or cancel the subscription.

User Responsibility

• Organizations must ensure employees are informed about attendance tracking.
• Login credentials must be kept secure.
• Timeion is used at the organization’s own discretion and responsibility.
