Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Payments

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a yearly basis.
• Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused periods, or employee resignation.

Cancellation

• Organizations may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation will stop future billing but will not affect access during the active subscription period.
• No Impact Due to Employee Changes
• Replacing or removing employees does not qualify for refunds or partial credits.
